March 15, 2024, PPLBI held the event "Socialization of the Implementation of Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) Number 36 of 2023". This event was an important step in deepening our members' understanding of the latest regulations affecting the logistics industry.

The event began with remarks by Mrs. Utami Prasetiawati as Chairperson of PPLBI, followed by an official opening by Mr. Padmoyo Tri Wikanto, Director of Customs Facilities at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) of the Republic of Indonesia, who provided in-depth insights on the implementation of the regulation, offering members valuable information about the importance of compliance.

We respectfully thank our distinguished speakers:

  1. Mr. Delfiendra as Head of the Sub-Directorate of Import Business Process Efficiency for his presentation on Implementing Minister of Trade Regulation 36 of 2023 in conjunction with Minister of Trade Regulation 03 of 2024 within SINSW.
  2. Mr. Andi Kristianto as Head of Other Bonded Zone Facilities Section for his presentation on Treatment of Policy Provisions and Import Regulations for Bonded Zones (TPB).
  3. Mr. Puji Suharso as Head of Information System Development Section II for his presentation on Implementation Mechanism for Licensed Facility Area Requirements in the Ceisa 4.0 System.

Their explanations enhanced our understanding and compliance with the newly introduced regulations.

After the presentation sessions, the event continued with a highly interactive Q&A session, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers. The ensuing discussions enriched participants' understanding of the regulation's implementation and allowed for clarifications on various requirements.

Thank you to all PPLBI members who participated. We remain committed to organizing and facilitating similar events in the future as part of our efforts to support the growth and development of Indonesia's logistics industry.
